I know this is going to sound strange but are there no homes in the city that you want to move to? If there are why not just buy one there? If not are there utilities avaiable in the area, if not do you want to move there? There is usualy not a field for hiomes to be moved but most any frame home can be moved it will cost you quite a bit of money to have it moved so you my want to start with a company that moves homes and get a general cost you might find that it is not worth the money to buy a home in one location and have it moved to another.

Best of luck to you.

be very aware of what you are getting in to. Generally, rent to own in the state of Texas cannot have an option period longer than 6 months. Will you be able to get a loan to pay off the difference in 6 months? If not, rent to own is probably not a good option for you. You could also consider owner financing.

Best of luck to you,
