Whom got shutters where, Csuzuki?! Well, I'd definitely try to find shutters that match the color scheme of your house and style whether it's a brick house or a more modern house. The color can really make a big difference when you choose your shutters too. Do you want them to be functional to be able to open and close them, or do you want them to be fixed in place for design purposes only? Definitely consider whether you want them to have hinges or not!

I was just in contact with 'Claude Burton'. I found his rental vacancy on another search site and he moved the communication on well, but never answered anything directly. I asked detailed questions that were never answered and he never wanted to meet before I gave hime my deposit and first months rent. I showed up at Kings Gate Apartment where he 'owned' the property, but they never heard of him. In his advertisement he stated 'I am the Landlord'.

I can't say it's a scam or that this guy is a slimy, low life peice of haha lepo..... but he also has rentals in other states that seem to be a hoax as well.

Do you know who owns the land? Try contacting the owner?
Also, the "Neighborhood Board" meetings are a good source of information. Do an Internet search for them (by area).

Aloha Sandra,

Contact your insurance provider for the names of authorized dialysis clinic providers. Different care plans authorize different providers/clinics. They will need to preauthorize you or the patient for care.
There are several on the island now.

Aloha,
Frank

The earliest house I know of was built around 1903 by architect Dickey at the corner of Pensacola and Lunalilo, owned by Edward Tenney, whom I believe was the President of Alexander and Baldwin. His wife planted the banyan tree that is still there on the grounds of the Barclay condo. His neighbor on the mauka side was Abigail Kawananakoa (aka "Princess") which is now the campus of Hawaiian Mission Academy. His neighbor on the Ewa side across Ernest St was a sea captain who had Tenney's little girl plant a tree (Wilhelmina Tenney tree) in his front yard.

What else do you want to know?

Aloha:

My name is Mike Gallagher and Principal Broker, Owner: Mike Gallagher Real Estate, Inc. Twelve years in Business.

I would advise you to go to my website at www.hawaiirealestatestatistics.com and review in detail exactly what is happening in the Hawaii Real Estate Market.

Ewa, Kapolei, Ocean Point all share the same weather patterns: Typiclly Hot, Dry due to flatness of terrain. A little cooler towards the Ocean but this whole area is on the South Side of the Island is Hot and Dry. Humidity is moderate but increases into the 90% tile sometimes in the months of September and October.

Water is an issue and will be always an issue on the Island of Oahu as a whole. I recommend zero landscapping as much as possible as the Water Board is raising rates at a phenominal increase to cover collapsing Sewer Lines all over the Island.

Between the Rail to No Where and the Water Board increases in Taxes all Families on Oahu have a new Tax Obligation exceeding $30,000 per family.

If you need further help or have questions please contact me.

Much Aloha,

Mike Gallagher, 808-384-9015 or mikeg@hawaii.rr.com

aloha,

here's a link on "WOODLAWN TERR-MELEMANU"

http://www.thehawaiistatecondoguide.com/oahu/WOODLAWNTERR-MELEMANUWOOD.html.

this link will provide detail information and at a quick glance:

1) owner-occupany is only 23 % and this percentage indicates that the residents in this complex are renters

2) the property is located outside of the town called 'wahiawa - 96786' and adjacent to the wheeler army airfield and although the neighborhood may be considered 'mililani - 96789', the property location is closer to wahiawa than mililani.

hope this helps and it is more factual information and one would have to interviews resident of WOODLAWN TERR-MELEMANU to answer and/or get a better response to your question.

have nice days.

mahalo,

Clark

Hiking Hawaii answered:
Aloha, for store specifics that you can see on a map, or on a list by type and distance, this is a great website: http://www.MyHawaiiHomePage.com.

To find information about stores, restaurants, attractions/recreation, banks, etc. in a given area, go to http://www.MyHawaiiHomePage.com. Then, 1) in the upper right corner Quick Search box, type Diamond Head (or an address or landmark in the area). 2) From the property list that appears, select any property and click Details. 3) Then from the Propety Details page, click Neighborhood for demographics. 4) From the Neighborhood page, click Neary Establishments. They will show up as a list, or if you prefer a map, click on More Details/Map.

To use the search, you'll be asked to select an agent -- please click on my name. (Your information won't be sold and my company respects your privacy.)

Also, to add to Chery's notes, there's a City Mill hardware/ lumber/ paint store at the corner of Waialae Ave. & St. Louis Heights Dr. It's smaller than Lowes & Home Depot but has a lot of basics for home improvement. Thanks and good luck!
