You should be able to log back into the account you used to leave the review. From there you should have an option to see the reviews you've written. Within that you should be able to go back and edit it. If not or if you're having issues finding the previous review, I would recommend reaching out to Trulia Customer Support. I work with Ihouse and occasionally have connectivity issues with Trulia as well. You should contact z-57 first to make sure they are feeding out properly. Then follow the "submit your listings" link from your Trulia profile. Your profile is also the place where you will upload your own headshot. ... more

Values going through 3 sources will get distorted. I often see median sales prices distorted because RealtyTrac doesn't always separate townhomes from condominiums and townhomes that have land area from SF homes. Newspaper publications are helpful.

RealtyTrac is good at finding foreclosures, but that's about it. I use their data as one of the pieces of the puzzle.

Unfortunately the provider of our prior sales information does not currently distinguish between home sales and transfers like the one Frank mentioned below. We realize that our display of such information without this distinction is suboptimal and we will soon receive an updated data file in which events other than homes sales, like this transfer, are distinguishable and thus can be filtered from our display or displayed more accurately.
