There are a lot of scams everywhere. The main thing is do not send your money as deposit without having something in writing from the landlord. Also you need to make sure the person claiming as the landlord is the real landlord.

I have reported it. It was also listed on Zillow, but has disappeared. Please flag it for Trulia to remove it.
