Hello Kenneth, a buyers agent such as myself can help you search all current listings. To better assist you I would need additional information. That way I can place you in an automatic search and will be alerted the day a new property is listed. I can help you find the home you are searching for.

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Good Morning,

The sale price in 2006 was 307,900. The property is currently under contract with a kickout clause meaning that the buyer has a home to sell and the seller is still entertaining offers. If another offer comes in on the property and the 1st buyers cannot remove their home sale contingency then the seller can accept the second offer. Hope this helps.
