Not sure but your agent or the MLS may often make an error. Love Island Beach, NJ!

Trulia gets their information directly from the local MLS. Information shown on the MLS comes directly from your listing agent. Consider contacting your listing agent to request a review of the listing information for its accuracy.

Hi Shay
The only homes featured on Trulia are homes that are actively listed and for sale with a realtor. The information posted is usually what is taken from the actual listing on MLS , so look at your current listing & make sure the taxes are correct on it. It could just be a typo error. If they are incorrect contact your realtor to correct it.
