Hi Leslie,
I thought that was an interesting question, so I researched it myself. In the past year, four properties have sold in Tompkinsville and they were all by different agents. As realtors, our expertise is in pricing property through the use of comparatives, effective marketing, knowing how to qualify buyers that are able to afford your home, and of course negotiating to a price that is acceptable to every homeowner. What town the home is in doesn't make a difference at all. If you need my assistance, please feel free to email me or give me a call.

Hi Leslie,
You have already recieved some great answers to your question so let me give you this advise.
Every homeowner who is planning to sell their home should do the following:
1- Interview 3 agents from 3 different Companies.
2- Compare marketing strategies and marketing plan i.e. where and how the market to potential buyers?
3- You want to hire a full time agent ( not someone who does real estate as a second job) you want an agent who lives, breaths and eats real estate.
4- What are their hours of operation?
5- Do they have an admistrative staff to handle inquiries that come in right away?
6- Do they have a system in place?

Great question Leslie; That would be the number 1 question for most sellers. You want a successful Realtor to manage your property. Staten Island is small enough that you need not limit your search to Tompkinsville. A great agent has the ability to attract buyers from all across this country. Exposure is the answer. Check the blogs like http://www.activerain.com and find an agent in this area that you like. Ask plenty of question like, how are you different from other agents? What can you do for me? Show me some of your successes, etc. Please feel free to give me a call. 917 696 0275, Kenneth Cole
