I'm curious why you would want to know that? If your trying to choose an agent to sell your home I would look for the agent who sold a lot of homes, as opposed to an office with a lot listings. If your looking for an agent to help you buy a home, find a good buyers agent in your area, any agent will have access to every listing for sale. Listings mean that have not sold yet. Using a similar analogy to the one below, just because a car lot has the most cars for sale on their lot doesn't make them the best choice, it could actually mean its a bad choice because they are all overpriced. I am sorry I can't answer your question but even if I could I don't know that it would help you in anyway. anyway.

GM sells more cars than BMW. BMW sells for a higher price. which one is better??

what % of homes does a broker sell compared to the number of listings it signed???

what is the average % of the selling price compared to the original listing price for a broker???

looking at totals alone can be misleading.

company "A" sold 100 properties

company "B" sold 75 properties.

company "C" sold 50 properties

tomorrow company "B" and "C" merge and become company "D".

now if we look at company "D" they sold 125 properties (75 + 50)

is company "D" better than company "A"?????????????

maybe; maybe not. you just can't tell by looking at only totals.

I hope the company you choose does a good job for you.

good luck

Yes, you make an excellent point and I agree with you. We inherited a house
in an area that is in the midst of gentrification, homes there have increased
in value so much that we feel we need someone knowledgeable in that zip code, thank you for taking the time to answer.
