Everything is negotiable in the contract, however generally the seller pays for this, it is calculated on the sales price.

It depends on what you have agreed in the contract. It's very common that the seller pays for it. If it's a very competitive situation, the buyer might offer to take on these costs to make the offer stronger.

depends on the area and usually the seller pays but in real estate contracts you know everything is negotiable depending on the offer.
Hope that helps.

Dear Rick!

Everything is negotiable, however typically seller will pay city and county transfer fees and taxes.

Each city have their own transfer fee for example city of Los Angeles charges: $4.50 per $1,000.00

Los Angeles county transfer Tax is $1.10 per $1,0000
