No link is visible. Contact and invite a few local agents from different realty companies and ask for a cma, comparable market analysis, review the data, ask opinions and go from there; cma's are generally provided free of charge by most agents; or consider hiring a professional appraiser....

Home Values change just the market changes. Right now we are in a sellers market and sellers are getting a higher value for their homes if they choose the right broker to price your home. I can offer to do a free market analysis on your home if you contact me either by calling, texting or emailing me. 704-641-0626 or going to my website Unioncountyhomes4sale.com

I am more than willing to help you get the most money for your home in the least amount of time.

I'm not sure if you contacted anyone or if you are working with an agent yet. If you have not signed with an agent yet you should. Having a broker with great negotiating skills is a must. Please feel free to call me to help you sell your home quickly. My last two listings both sold with multiple offers and within 1-2 days. Call me if you are interested in finding out more about my marketing plan if you are not already listed with another broker.

Thank you again for this opportunity to serve you, I realize you have a choice of Real Estate Brokers, so I truly appreciate your business.

You should contact a local agent to get a market analysis. A licensed appraiser would give a better answer about the actual property value. This is the route you should take if the property is unique,.

While a real estate broker can provide an recommended listing price, your property value is best determined by an appraiser. If you appreciate an answer, please give thumbs up. For the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a best answer click.
