Hey Don, Zillow says $137,200! That's good enough for me!
By the way, that is a geat looking home with an incredible price.
A 2700 SF home with 2 bedrooms and two baths does crate a bit of a problem.

Its probably very hard for anyone - other than that; ready, willing and able buyer to say! Buyers set and determine the value. An appraiser or broker/agent familiar with the neighborhood can be a good source too!
