Will, just wanted to check in see if you decided to sell your home and how your research is moving along choosing a Realtor. I have represented sellers, buyers and tenants in the Palisades. East of Chautauqua is a very desirable and sought after neighborhood. Many buyers, developers and relocation clients love the area. Please let me know if you would like to learn about my Marketing Plan.

Good day Will,

Its been a little over a month since you posted this inquiry. Have your real estate needs been met as of now?

The location you've described is a wonderful and desirable area in the Pacific Palisades. Depending on the lot size of your property, it may even be a developer's dream! Some lots on that street have been developed into mega estates. One gentlemen I know bought two lots, and he bought the lot immediately behind on Kagawa, for a guest house property!

I would love to start a dialogue with you about your real estate needs. Feel free to contact me any time.

Warm regards,

Hello, Will,
You are describing a very special neighborhood of the Palisades. I have sold many properties on Chautauqua, north of Sunset, some more than once. It is one of my favorite areas ! One property was purchased by a father as a surprise birthday present for his adult daughter (where did I go wrong in choosing my parents ?). Another by a couple, who rebuilt the property with an embellished version of the same floorplan, because the original house suited the beautiful site so well.
Would be happy to speak with you in greater detail.
You are welcome to contact me as below.
Best wishes,

Dear Will,
You have a very desirable location in the Village area of the Palisades. Some of the rim homes on the East side of Chautauqua have wonderful canyon and/or city views. Depending on which block you are in, you may also have a large lot that is quite valuable. Several new homes have been built recently on your street. I am happy to give you a free, comparable market analysis to give you a more specific value of your home. You can check out my Palisades website at:

Hi Will - this is an excellent time to consider putting your home on the market. We have tremendous momentum so far this year on the Westside and there's no better example of that than the SFR market in the Palisades. It's probably been a while since you've heard the term 'Seller's Market' but that's exactly what the market was in February. Just 5 months of inventory based on the market absorption rate and with the continuing momentum we're seeing, the situation could well become more pronounced.

That fact translates to opportunity for a seller, as these circumstances can and do have an upward influence on pricing. Speaking of which, even the Median Sold Price for February was up by 14% year-to-year. If you'd care to learn more stats on the PP SFR market, I invite you to visit the market sales data section at
