Dear Ajoy,

As you have noticed that I have placed your nice unit at Starpoint Community Blog@ and hundreds of buyers will sure to see it.

I also noticed that you list with Melisa… who used to live at Starpoint and knows the community inside out. besides, she is very good "basher", that is to say, your listing price should be very low comparing to maket price that will sure to open eyes of many buyers out there.

On the other hand, since Melisa bought a big house down shore as other realtor told me many years ago, it is far for her to show your unit, so I invited a On Side Realtor@ to show you unit, who has been living at Starpoint since his high school kid was born, so not only knows Starpoint inside out, but also knows all Piscataway Schools very well.

I am very sure that this on site realtor, Kim 732 522-1536 (cell) going to be able to answer questions from buyers such as "how is the school system in Piscataway" since his kid is going to win #1 in NJ FBLA Competition, and may get #1 in National FBLA Competitioin for Piscataway High School. I know this very well because I gave him and his team ride from Piscataway High to Piscataway JFK Library and home every day, I saw they working very hard under the great teacher at Piscataway High School.

Tonight, we even treat them a dinner at Middlesex Mall before sending them home and bring in my son to guide them. My son and his team won #1 in NJ FBLA Business Plan Competition for Piscataway High School in 2007, and went to compete National FBLA in Chicago and won over #1 of 40's states and step into final and won back the final plate for Piscatway High School. Yes, my son got admitted to UC Berkeley last year.

I can almost for sure your townhouse will be sold immediately, if not yet. because I spoke to many prospective buyers living at Edison/Blueberry Village, Rivendell or Edison Hollow South are looking to buy 3br 2hba townhouse like yours.
