You might check with a local realtor in your area that has contacts with the companies that work your area like homeminders, mansionminders, etc. You do pay rent, but if is minor compared to the type of home you can get. You do have to be prepared to move with 30 days notice and also pay for utilities and upkeep of yards and pools.

... and even if you could it is, unfortunately, illegal to practice Real Estate without license. Well, you may not practice it like a contract signing and could be represented as associate but still, if you don't know the industry, it is not so easy as it seems...
