pricing has changed was $249,900 now listed for $199,900 how can I change this?

Yes, your agent needs to make the changes. Remember, if you or your agent posted on the internet any blogs with the old price you will need to go back to each posting and manual change to the new price. Once on the internet always on the internet.

Hi Connie,

I'm assuming you are the property owner. You need to contact your Realtor and have them change it - you can't change it, your Realtor needs to.

If you are the seller of a home listed here on Trulia, you need to call your agent, have them log onto trulia and manually change the price. it is not something the home owner can do.
