The commission and how it's paid is between you and your agents broker. Typically, a land contract is a sale and our company charges the same on a land contract as a conventional sale.

Yes the commission stays the same unless u have agreed otherwise with ur agent. A land contract is a sale just as if someone was getting financing from a bank or paying cash.
