market conditions in coopersburg

I am looking to sell my home in Coopersburg, PA. Can anyone tell how the market conditions are. I see alot of homes for sale that that are just sitting. Do we have any buyers up here. I am also in need of agents who are aggressive in their sales approach. My home is zoned light business and I have several acres.

JD, A Market in Transition. What this means exactly is that now may be the best time in years to purchase a first home. Because inventories are increasing, sellers are required to be more competitive than they were a short time ago. Having an experienced Realtor® represent you is very important in a buyers market. Having an agent represent you means they are working for you, the seller, and are working to get you the best possible deal. Realtor® will be ready to negotiate on your behalf, trying to get the best price possible. Not all Realtor® are aggressive but some of them very creative.
If your house zoned light business it is a good idea to advertise in several ways specially if there is a possibility of subdivision. Good luck

You might want to see the link for the latest sales in the area. Bear in mind that in most markets about 20% of the listings sell in the first 30 days, closest to asking price. The rest are overpriced and sit there accumulating market time.
