if you move while your selling a deceased relatives mobile home, will it delay the selling process

No, it should not delay the process at all, if needed necessary paperwork can be faxed, e-mailed, overnighted, etc.

In the State of Ohio, a mobile home is like a car to sell. Everthing is much earier these days with one day service of sending papers across states.
