The plot thickens!

Thanks CJ, I thought it was a Notice Of Trustee sale so I did a little digging - and it is.

This property is a short sale and went pending 12/05 - so, good for you Gabby, you have a buyer.

It was scheduled for NOT sale on 12/26 - which has now been extended to 1/07/09.

Where is your agent Gabby? They should be working with the bank, submitting the offer and keeping you in the loop. Why are you going to an online forum to find out what your agent is doing?

Only about 32% of short sales are completed successfully and you have a lot at stake.

Hi Gabby,

I searched the County Records for you but nothing has been recorded yet.

That doesn't mean it wasn't sold.

If you are talking about a Trustee Sale; it probably went back to the bank that day - very few investors are showing up on the Courthouse steps these days. The next thing that will happen is that you'll either get a real estate broker knocking on your door or an eviction notice from the bank's attorney.

I don't see a NOD filed against this property. Did you have a private auction to sell this house? If so, the auction company should have been in touch the same day as the sale.
