You asked how much your home is worth back in 2011, if you would like I can put together a bid to see how much your home has increased in price since then! In todays Sellers market prices are appreciating extremely fast and in many cases receiving above asking price! If you are interested send me an email or give me a call. Thank you!
Call some local real estate professionals and ask them for a Market Analysis of your property. Normally they will do that for you without any fee or obligation. Its' best to get more than one analysis. Pay attention to the most recent sold simiar properties as your home that will represent what a buyer may pay to pruchase your home. Active listings represent what a seller would like to sell for not what the property is worth.
The followed link is for research which by no means that it estimates your home value correctly.

If you would like my help doing some research for you and providing you with a comparative market analysis of your home as mentioned by Carl below, I would be happy to assist you. Please send me an email or give me a call and provide me with your email address, and I will send you back some information giving you a ballpark idea of what your house is currently worth. The value of your property would be determined mainly by reviewing the recent home sales in your neighborhood most similar to your property, and making adjustments for certain features and updgrades in the property.
Thanks, have a good day!

there are many crucial factors to get a right price. Not only numbers of bedrooms, bathroom, lot, property SF, floor plan and etc. but also the condition of the house. If there any structural damages or not, remodeled, what kind of material was used and lot of other things. Very important is also your personal requirements and needs. How soon you need or want to sell?
The most important is to put a right selling strategy in place and upfront. Because if the strategy is wrong, even the most genius tactical maneuvers not going to be helpful.
At the same time you to know, I am an agent who sold the 4337 Beulah. The price is between $300-600 per SF realistically for finished house. But for more exact answer I need to see the house from inside and talk to you for your personal requirements.

(1) Contact three local Realtors
(2) Have them view your home
(3) Prepare a complementary CMS (Comparative Market Analysis).
It's the only real way to know what a fair market price should be without paying for a full appraisal (approximately $450).
