Hi, there. It depends on where the Victorian House and Hi rise condo building are located. It also depends on the ameniteis each has. If you would like to be more specific I can provide a more comprehensive answer, as well as recent sales in each.

High- Rise has multiple units and it depends on the amount of vacant units and also if they are rentals units in the high -rise building.
