Not on Trulia. They do not distribute FSBO listings.

Every agent will tell you that you are better off using a pro. I'd add that if you are already going on the wrong forum askung basic questions you really need an agent.

Follow the process -- although 85% of SBO (for sale by owners) end up with a realtor listing the property.
Realtors will pay for advertising and make sure people seeing the house are pre-qualified. Therefore, not waisting your time.

Also, realtor will do a Current Market Analysis to determine the most accurate price for the property (there is no charge for this).

Realtor leave their emotions at the door - where a home seller may take some of the info from a potential buyer persnally.

I am a realtor office lisenced in Ma & RI. I would happy to assist.

Please give me a call.

I suggest you do an entry only listing with a real estate agent that way your property will get listed in the mls and therefore show up on almost every real estate website in MA (via an mls data feed). Plus it is good for agents to have access to your property to show their clients. Most agents will allow you to do entry only for a small flat fee ($300-$400) and no commission as you do all the leg work (showing the unit, marketing the unit, etc)

Our target demo is online home buyers so if you want us to promote your listing on our blog feel free to contact us:

If you are looking to be on these sites you will have to call Trulia to see if they have that option. If you would like to speak with A realtor please give me a call.

Do a search and you will find many web sites where you can list your home. I am not sure what the fees are
