Assuming your real estate agency is a member of either VREIN or NNEREN, they are able to use the built-in tools to see how many people received your listing in an automatic email, which have actually clicked on it and if they have rated it or deleted it.

In addition, most websites have webpage analytics that will show how many times any individual page has been viewed and maybe which pictures have been viewed and/or how long was spent on the page. There are also reports that should be emailed to your agent or agency giving the statistics on how many specific page views your listing received each month.

If your property is uploaded to the other sites like Trulia and the like, there are reports available to your agent as well.

That is the short answer. Depending on the sophistication of your agency's website, you may be able to get a whole lot of data on the people that have viewed your listing on their website. All this depends and most agents don't understand how or where to get the info. It may be worth asking.

One thing to keep in mind, your agent doesn't have access to all of the potential ways that people may be seeing your property. There are many sites out there that "scrape" the information off a website and put it up there as their own. One of the sites that does this a lot and really gives old or bad information is Fizber.com. It shows listings that are no longer available and gives the impression that the properties are For Sale By Owner. Not a site that I would recommend.

It may take a bit of work for your agent to get all the information from their website, if it is available at all. If you want to check into the sophistication of their site, use my website to search for your property and then see if they can tell you where you searched it from.

Best of luck!

Your agent can tell you, assuming they are using an electronic key box.
