Go to the County Appraisal District website of the property. If the property was marketed for sale in a multiple listing association, call the listing agent and ask. Or go on-line and see if a kind-hearted Tucson Az real estate agent will search for you.

Deeds are recorded in the county recorder's office. You can research the new owner on line. Unless the deed was filed electronically, there may be a delay before the record is updated.

Some counties don't allow searching on line. You can always search in person at the recorder's office, though.

Tax records don't always reflect the owner, but rather the taxpayer. Don't trust these records for ownership data. It is easier to check tax records than deed records.

County tax records are a great source for this type information. Different counties may configure the data differently, but I expect you can search by property address to locate the most current owner. Check the full record for the last time the deed was transferred to determine if a recent sale has been posted yet. With Dallas County being so large and the real estate activity being so hot right now, it may be weeks before a transaction makes its way into the records. OR, consult a competent Texas REALTOR who is familiar with the area you are inquiring about. lm

Go to your counties website... all of that information is there. If it was a recent sale it may not show up for a few months.

You seem very interested in who owns several different properties, is there a reason why you need to know who owns a home or are you looking to purchase a home?
