Hi Ray,

Prices have been pretty stable but it really depends on the neighborhood. I would be happy to do a market analysis for your property!

Hi Ray, housing prices are at an all time low due to fear of a double dip recession. Rentals prices have increased a lot, however we are still able to provide discounted rates on our website. Feel free to contact one of our reps if you need to find a rental or renter.

Warmest regards,

Rental prices had increased approximately 22% in the last year. Hi Ray, depends on what area. Around Old Town and other high demand areas, No.
Other areas, yes, a little bit. But rentals have gone up.
