do I have a binding contract if a personal representative didn't sign the sales contract?

If you want to push the issue the best idea would be to contact an attorney. Here are my thoughts. A person can not sell a house they don't own or have rights to sign for. So if the personal representative for an estate is not the signor good chance that it is not binding, however, there is the possibility that the person signing had some right depending on the situation and the issue may be pushed.
