Some buyers complain that tours and videos are lacking in quality and distorted. If function, quality, and clarity are there, they really like tours and videos. Clicking to find out the images disappoint lead some to pass in favor of still shots.
I think video or tours need to be a part of the property description page, not a destination unto their own. Buyers know what geography and price range are of interest, and want to learn about any property that meets their criteria.
