Would anyone know which agency is the most successful in sales for Baltimore?

While Theresa is correct about Long and Foster (Disclosure: I'm with Long and Foster), the other answers address the question you should have asked. Success in sales has a lot more to do with the agent than with the agency. Choose the agent, not the agency.

(Long and Foster has many excellent Realtors. So you can select the top agency, and then identify agents within Long and Foster. But you really want to choose on the basis of the agent. I'm only licensed in Virginia, not in Maryland, so this is NOT a solicitation for your business.)

Company has nothing to do with it. Where are you getting the most exposure for your money. Are you paying full commission for a name or going with a company that offers the same commission to a buyer agent and keeping less. Just a question. Most agents keep more for themselves and dont coop an equal amoun or more and the home doesnt get the showing because commission is to low.

Breea different Brokerages vary in style and results. Individual agents get the job done. You'll most likely NEVER meet a broker or sales manager in person. By law they supervisor licensed Realtors and typically don't deal with clients unless they need to "smooth over" an issue. I'd recommend talking to a few Realtors and get a feel for their personalities. This will tell you who to work with. On the plus side, you get to choose who your work with.
