Possibly. However, as previously stated depending on your location. Milton has some hot areas, but some are ice cold. Also, the previous purchase price is also your own competitive price.

It will depend on the location and neighborhood if the home could be re-sold for $180K. New home contract usually have a clause stating that they cannot be sold for 1 year from purchase. However each builder has their own contract, so read it in detail to find your answer.
