Why is my house still missing from the listing?

Asked by Allen Price, 94041 Sat May 23, 2009

We've done everything asked to get our house at 525 Fairmont Ave. Mountain View, CA 94041 listed. It's been over a week and the new listing still doesn't appear. What does come up is the listing of 2002 when we bought it! Please delete the old and post the new.

You should have your agent contact trulia directly. I have had this issue come up with some of my listings and Trulia needs to make the change manually.

Hello Allen,

Since you asked . . .

On the MLS I see a 30 day old listing on the MLS priced at $915K with the following remarks:

Open House every Sat & Sun - 1:00 - 5:30 pm. Tucked into a quiet street just 3 blks from Castro St. and 1/2 blk from park. Contemporary open layout with a dream kitchen and dining area that has a superb view of the street. Smart, practical, & efficient.

There are additional remarks noted as private that describe commission.

I can only guess that you expect it to be listed on Trulia and it is not.

Contact technical support. What were your expectations with Trulia?

Hi Allen,
I just looked it up, your home is on the market, I can see it. Where are you looking for it??
It is listed at 915K......Who are you asking to delete the old posting and put the new??
Your agent does that. Trust you are being taken good care of...go to my website and do a search for it....its there.
All the Best,
