What would be a good price for 150 by 50, multi-unit zoned, multiple use land on Long Island?

Asked by Lindsay, 11501 Mon Jul 14, 2008

Looking to sell to a builder or developer, next door neighbor may sell as well. I saw smaller, single family only zoned lots (100 by 50) in restricted residential zoning selling for 375,000 asking price

Lindsay,
There are many aspects that affect pricing and to more accurately determine we would have to physically see the property. Please contact me off line at smahabir@hillcourtrealty .com or at http://www.stephenmahabir.com

Lindsay,

There are several questions that would have to be answered before the value of your property can be determined. A good starting point can be to perform a CMA, which our brokerage would be happy to assist you with at no charge. For a very rough idea of an initial value, feel free to go to http://bverealty.com/your-homes-value/ and click the link. This will give you an initial estimate of the value, which would have to be fine tuned with a question and answer session. Please feel free to call me for assistance at 516-578-6191 or 516-777-0146.

I would be happy to help you as i deal in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate but would need more information. Most of it I would be able to get if you were to give me the address, or section block and lot of the property. Where it is located plays a big part in the price.

You an e-mail me at dgalinsky@pugatch.com

Thanks
