What would be a good price for 150 by 50, multi-unit zoned, multiple use land on Long Island?

Looking to sell to a builder or developer, next door neighbor may sell as well. I saw smaller, single family only zoned lots (100 by 50) in restricted residential zoning selling for 375,000 asking price

There are several questions that would have to be answered before the value of your property can be determined.
