HAR.COM is the best tool you can use for all of your real estate listings. Realtors work hard for their commision, and will get you the best bang for your buck! Check out our websites and find the Realtor you are most comfortable with.
Once your Seller's Agent list your property on HAR you will get picked up by websites all over, locally and nationally.
Good luck!

A Realtor!!!!

You know about the MLS (Multible Listing Service) that Realtors use. Move to the 21st century and now our MLS system is connected to the Internet. When we list a condo, town home, single family home, land...whatever, the propert gets posted on multiple web sites. Locally and nationally.

On-line allows us to post multiple photos, video, web links, documents and more! There are new apps popping up daily for use while your driving around communities and the home will appear there as well.

The trick is making the property look sharp on-line. Good photography helps along with an understanding of how the buyers use the technology to see the home. We know what tools to use in selling a home, give us a call so we can go into more detail.
