What's a Form 100? Can it be used to cancel a contract even when all other contingencies have been met?

As Daniel indicates Form 100 is for removing the financial contingency from your contract. Please consult your agent to discuss any details as to your specific contract and situation,

Form 100 removes the financing contingency. The form in itself is not a way out of the contract. I don't know which contract you are using so I can't say for sure, but there is probably language regarding the financing contingency that may leave you a way out. Talk to your agent and/or a real estate lawyer for further guidance.

Its a stupid form created when the last revision to the regional contract took place. Do you have an agent? He/she should be able to give you a copy, and then you'd see what the use was. No agent? Send me an email or call me. I'll forward a copy of the form to you if you need it.
