and particpate in upgrading my listings. I syndicate my listings to all search engines to include Yahoo, Google, Trulia, etc...
Get the max exposure you can online.
Periodically, I run into agents who say 'I'm not tech/internet savy' and I can't believe their clients don't get the importance of this and allow them to market their homes with only traditional local marketing such as signs, flyer boxes and open houses. I'm not saying these traditional methods don't work but yikes a huge portion of buyers are being eliminated.
We are far to transient of a society to believe only marketing a property locally will bring a buyer quicker.
