for the seller and for the buyer, sometimes a fee for each contract, if one falls apart and another one comes to be. Often attorneys have a base fee, but if and when complications arise and more hours and
more time needs to be invested, they will charge additional fees. You just need to either ask for some
recommendations, or just call real estate attorneys in your area and ask them about their fee, and if it is
a fixed one time set fee, or if other fees could be added on for any reason, and if the fee is different for
representing a Seller or a buyer....
