Attorney fees vary, each is free to set his/her own rates...

you should speak to several local attorneys to compare - the fee is not pre-set.

There is no typical fee.... Each Real Estate Attorney has his or her own fee, sometimes a different fee
for the seller and for the buyer, sometimes a fee for each contract, if one falls apart and another one comes to be. Often attorneys have a base fee, but if and when complications arise and more hours and
more time needs to be invested, they will charge additional fees. You just need to either ask for some
recommendations, or just call real estate attorneys in your area and ask them about their fee, and if it is
a fixed one time set fee, or if other fees could be added on for any reason, and if the fee is different for
representing a Seller or a buyer....

As in real estate, there is no "typical" fee. Each one prices based on the value they place on themselves. Discounted service may result from discounted dollars.
