What will that number really tell you?
Think about it this way, each and every home is different, in style, construction, age, size, amenities,
upgrades, updates etc. etc. so in order to have any idea of what an average or median price for a
property is, you need to get down to what type and size of property you are looking at.

And even then the median price alone will not tell you much, as at the end, upgrades and updates
curb appeal, expensive construction, and high end amenities, will not show up on the price comparisons when it comes to average or median price of a 4 bedroom and 2 baths homes...
You must work with an experienced Realtor who will be able by expertise and experience compare
the various details of a home, to produce for you a value range, either for a home you intend to buy
or a home you intend to sell. Do not try to do this on your own...

Have an experienced area REaltor in Mentor OH see your home, compare it to similar homes
and add or subtract those items that your home is lacking or those that your home has in addition, are add to the value based on the curb appeal or the high end construction or amenities of yours.

There is a lot to evaluate to decide a market value. Mento is divided by the headlands, Mentor on the lake, South Mentor, and old Mentor. If the sale was a traditional sale as opposed to short sale. The range is between $89,000 and $500,000. Best advice is to call a real estate agent who will evaluate the property and the market to give you an idea of what your property is worth.
