Everyone is right. One of the keys in pricing is to price it on the low side so you attract more buyers, maybe get a multiple offer situation. I do not know what is going on in Brevard, but here in the Triangle there are a lot of multiple offers. In almost every case, the house is pristine, staged beautifully, and priced strategically to attract as many buyers as possible.
