I can tell you what is NOT a concern. The market is still low on inventory and sellers are walking away with more money for their homes. Now is a great time to sell your home.

When more sellers start to market their properties buyers will have more options and you will miss this opportunity to get your home sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.

Homes in the city move at a very fast rate.

Where is your home located? Has it been updated?

Let's talk about the next steps in your home selling process. Give me a call!

Philadelphia sellers should not be concerned just happy that their marketplace is very hot right now.

If selling in todays market you should make sure you have your ducks in a row before listing. Properties are going quick and that could happen to them and they are not prepared to move.

Not in my neighborhood -- I am in Andorra (19128) and there is an abundance of inventory - I have been trying to sell for a loooooong time. I am priced under what comps have sold for and everyone tells me (even my agent and showing agents) that the price is right, shows well, and is in a good neighborhood.-- still no offers!

The biggest concern is the raise in real estate taxes. Buyers may be hesitant, but hopefully they will feel informed before they purchase.
