I would first suggest that you contact a local Realtor and let them preview your home and make some suggestions. If you want to receive the highest and best price possible, then you would need to put a little money into it with paint, etc.
If you have no cash to put into it, then you will need to list it below market value â€“ or at least below what other comparable homes are selling for in perfect condition. Again, consult with a Realtor.
