A home is outstanding condition that is priced right, might sell in a week, a home that is distressed and needs a lot of work and is on a lousy lot might take a year. A home that is wonderful, but is being sold at the same time as other homes that are fabulous and listed at a lower price, might take longer to sell, even if the home is priced correctly, because the other homes were priced lower because their sellers needed a faster sale

The dom as of today for the past 12 months is 72 days. This number includes all Legend sales listed in the MLS.

Hello Belle - Between 4-5 months. Many factors affect days on market, such as price, condition, location, etc. Sometimes homeowners with a long DOM will take the home off the market and wait for 61 days to relist. This changes the data if several homes have done this.

The average # of DOM is affected by a lot of things... price, is it a distressed sale, size, etc. You can't compare wide price ranges to each other. Homes that sold, since September, between $200-$300k & weren't distressed sales, averaged about 140 days.
