Hi Deb.
Short answer: On average, just over 100 days.
Long answer: I'll use the month of October 2011 to provide you with statistical info on West Fargo home sales: In West Fargo there were 200 homes for sale in the month of October. The average list price for those properties was just under $200k, and they've been on the market for an average of 96 days. In October, 43 homes in West Fargo sold, and they sold for an average of 97% of their List Price, after about 101 days. Some would say homes priced higher than the average can take a bit longer to sell, so my opinion is that just over 100 days would be a good estimate.
