It has decreased by 25-30%,depending where the property are located.
I believe now the values are going up ,now that we are in 2012.
Please feel free to contact me for further details.

Since the beginning of the year, January 1st, the market has been fairly stable and home prices, outside of the luxury market, haven't really moved significantly.

However, if you want to talk about the past 12 months, there has been roughly a 20% decrease in home prices. We lost about 10% last summer and another 10% drop this past November.

If you would like any additional help, please feel free to contact me any time.

For the past two years it has been dropping at least 1% per month.
