Depending on the property itself, size, location, price, amenities, town etc. etc. different marketing tools are required for different properties, and also various market places require different methods.
In general the well prepared, or even staged home, with high quality photos inside and out, and
advertising on any and all internet real estate sites is currently one of my very BEST marketing tools and my company's marketing and advertising is first class.
Plus open houses in certain markets still work well, definitely brokers open and marketing to the
real estate community is helpful....
All other marketing depends strictly on the home and its difficulty to be sold.
