We paid for a virtual tour and photos of our property but it has yet to be shown on my agents web site.

He keeps giving me excuses. He's ad'tised on other sites but not his own agency website. This is bothersome for us due to the fact that people, when seeing the agency sign in front of the home, will look THERE to see the home! He assured me it would be on there and yet, it's not. He just gives us excuses, although the other sites have no problem with the display. Why his own? The site is updated each day. There is a home like ours, a direct comp. to our on (we have more upgrades, though) and IT'S on there! And that home isn't even listed with his company and ours IS! Our home is STAGED as well. No toys, no clothes laying around...manicured lawn, etc. Not to mention the MLS #'s don't even show the home when I punch them in! It's been over a week. Am I missing something?????????

Doens't sound like your missiing anything other than a reasonable explanation. Contact the manager of the office and ask for an explanation. If satisfied that everything is done proceed with the listing agent. If you are not satisfied witht eh agent then ask the manager to assign a different aget to the listing.
You listing agreement is with the brokerage and not with the specific agent. If you are reluctant to proceed with the brokerage then consult with an attorney to get you out of the listing contract.
