Not knowing any of the specific details about the issue(s) at large, at this point your best advise will come from your attorney and or agent. Was a title search done and is the title clear....

Are you working with a Buyer's Agent to purchase this condo? Most agents have Brokers who have attorneys on retainer. Your agent should contact this attorney.

Kenneth before you can close n this or any property, the title search brings to light any problems such as this. The closing attorney should be able to work with the sellers attorney to resolve these issues. Whether getting a corrective deed, missing information or such and get it recorded so you can have clear title to close. Make sur eyou get owners title insurance if you do purchase. Good luck with working things out
