parking. Have lowered the price and offering $5K buyers bonus and 2 year warranty. How else can I stimulate offers? it's on craigs list regularly and on zillow showing for sale. Should I offer a car with the sale(have a nice 1 owner red convertible with less than 30,000 miles on it.) Good realtor- tough market. What can I do to get some action on this home- it's a nice neighborhood (Alderbrook) & is around the corner from an elementary school- perfect for a family. Suggestions on how I can get a buyer to look my way?
