Consult with your attorney, and or tax professional for any additional necessary information. NYS transfer taxes are $4 per $1000.

The transfer tax is the $4.00 per $1,000. So take the selling price and divide by $1,000. then times by $4.00. That gives you the transfer amount.
Your attorney should be able to review all of the closing costs with you, recording fees, etc.

N.Y. State Transfer tax is a straight $4.00 per thousand of the total sale price, generally no exclusions apply,
but check this link for more info:

There is a Suffolk County/Peconic Bay Region Transfer Tax, but various exlcusions apply:

hope this helps, thanks!

Transfer rate is $4 per $1000 on the sale price. It is quite direct, but your attorney should be able to verify this information.
