Having been an investor & landlord for almost twenty years now, I started PM for some of my real estate clients & others who found out I manage for myself, so why not manage for others. Because I have little overhead, I charge much less than the big management firms who have a "staff." My advice is to find someone local who is already doing this and see if they will take your case.

That is out of my area, however I do recommend that you interview at least three, check their references. A good property management company is of great value, size is not as important as the people doing the work.
