Here's a guide if you want to design and print brochures:
1) Draft an outline or a structure
2) Know what font type and size to use.
3) Add details, images, and titles
4) Use the right paper stock

At Keller Williams Realty we have E-Edge that has a design center for flyers. Do you have a website? If you do, some of the websites offer a few flyer designs in the in the dashboard. A lender we use frequently is also willing to make flyers for us and they put their contact information on the flyer as well so it is a win/win. Check in and see what your lender has to offer. I hope this was helpful.

There are several websites that allow you to design using their templates- As a RE/MAX agent, I am lucky enough to have access to a very good one. Others I have tried include vistaprint.com and trebstore.com. From the sites you can design and have them professionally printed (well worth it for the quality vs "do it yourself") and even direct mailed. Good luck.
