If C.A.R. COP paragraph A.6.b is checked, do I have to have an accepted b/u offer in order to invoke the NOTICE PROVISIONS in A.6.a? We agreed not to invoke the "notice provision" within 30 days of acceptance. A.6.a begins with "If seller accepts another written offer, " which I don't believe is a notice provision. The next part though, "Seller shall give written notice to Buyer to, in writing ..." is what I am reading as the notice provision. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
